Our Functional Fitness program is a lifestyle characterized by safe, effective exercise, and sound nutrition. It can be used to accomplish any goal, from improved health to weight loss to better performance. The program works for everyone—people who are just starting out and people who have trained for years.

Our flagship program is designed on a 60-minute timeline. The most refined Functional Fitness program out there. Train to be ready for anything!

Fortitude HIIT

HIIT is the ideal workout for a busy schedule–whether you want to squeeze in a workout during your lunch break or to get in shape for a fast-approaching event. Our HIIT program is designed to keep your heart rate up and burn more fat in less time. Each Fortitude HIIT class combines strength-training with high-intensity intervals to target muscle groups and maintain healthy hearts.

We want to offer seasoned exercisers a new challenge and new exercisers a quick way to see results—a benefit of HIIT that other workouts just don’t offer. HIIT high-intensity intervals may have you sucking wind, but you definitely won’t be bored.
